La "Fattoria " è al centro di una vasta tenuta agricola nel cuore della Maremma a 10 km dal mare, in posizione panoramica.
Si tratta di una fattoria agrituristica con produzione di vino di altissima qualità, circa 250.000 bottiglie per anno.
A corredo della fattoria vi sono 50 ettari di vigneto, piu' 40 ettari di terreno per ampliamento vigne.
Anima e baricentro del luogo sono il vigneto e la cantina, intorno a cui è nato l'intero progetto.
L'agriturismo è formato da 15 camere con bagno, suddiviso in 3 edifici indipendenti, completamente ristrutturato nell'anno 2002.
Ambienti raffinati e moderni sono da cornice per un piacevole contorno alla ricerca di semplicità e tranquillità.
La struttura è dotata di piscina e di terrazza, oltre che di un suggestivo giardino panoramico con vista sul mare e sul promontorio dell'Argentario.

The Fattoria cellar was completed in 2001, the year the first wine was made.
The company currently produces a DOC wine - and two IGT Maremma Toscana wines - a white from Vermentino grapes, and a red from Cabernet and Merlot grapes.
The cellar covers an area of 1,500 square metres and is fitted with baths and air-conditioned and heat-controlled rooms for storage and aging
The fattoria is a new wine growing and producing company with 91 hectares in the heart of the Maremma area of Tuscany, where some of the most famous Italian wines are produced.
At present, there are 45 hectares of vineyards, 12 of which are Sangiovese, 12 Merlot, 7 Cabernet, 3 Syrah and 4 Vermentino Vionnier. A program is already underway to extend the vineyard area to 60 hectares.
Planting of the vineyards in the medium-consistency, skeletal-rich soil typical of the Maremma, began in 1998 under the supervision of the agronomist, Valerio Barbieri.
There are 6,400 vines per hectare and they are cultivated with the bilateral cordon system.
Concerning the guest house, the rooms are carefully furnished , blending modern styles, with attention to detail.
The one apartment and the thirteen rooms have bath, air conditioning and independent heating.
Surrounded by greenery with splendid views the swimming pool is stepped . It measures 15 x 8 mts.
Pool side equipment is very comfortable with a large sun terrace, shower, deck chairs.
