LA VILLA
La superficie del parco è di 7100 metri quadrati, mentre la superficie totale costruita è di circa 1100 metri quadrati.
Il numero totale di stanze è di 19, tre bagni perfettamente funzionanti (con la possibilità di ristrutturazione di un quarto) e due cucine.
L'intera costruzione si divide in due parti principali, quella padronale e quella agricola.

Il portico si affaccia su un elegante giardino di rose, recintato da un antico muricciolo che lo divide dal resto del grande parco.
Un secondo ingresso, pedonale, attraversa un secondo giardino recinto sul lato nord dell'intera villa, che guarda sulla piazzetta centrale, dove si trova la chiesa del piccolo borgo.
Una grande entrata, infine, attraversa con un viale di ghiaia il parco e conduce al cortile centrale tra la zona padronale e quella agricola, passando tra magnolie, roseti e cedri , alcuni dei quali secolari.
Nella villa padronale, a piano terra, si trovano tre ampie sale, le cui porte danno sul portico, un bagno e la cucina.
Tutti i soffitti sono caratterizzati da volte e mensoloni coperte di affreschi e stucchi con motivi orientali e floreali del XIX secolo.
Il pavimento è integralmente costituito da mattoni in cotto dell'epoca, sia al piano terra che al primo piano, coll'eccezione di una sala dotata di un antico parquet intarsiato, abbellita da un pianoforte a coda del secolo XIX.
Dei bei camini di diversi marmi antichi riscaldano ogni sala, la cucina, e le stanze superiori. Inoltre un impianto di riscaldamento centrale a caloriferi garantisce la climatizzazione intera della casa.
La cucina, perfettamente utilizzabile, è dotata di un antico lavabo in marmo risalente al quattordicesimo secolo.
Al primo piano si accede, tramite una scala in pietra di Botticino con voltine, a sei stanze con soffitti decorati, un bagno e alla galleria con soffitto a travi in legno orientata verso Sud.
Inoltre, la villa è dotata di una soffitta, servita dalla scala, con altezza minima di metri 2,60 con mattoni e travi in vista, illuminata a arieggiata da finestrelle ellittiche ,che, se ristrutturata, permetterebbe la sua abitabilità.
Inoltre, la villa è dotata di una grande cantina, anch'essa con soffitto in volte, che misura la metà della proiezione della villa padronale, mentre la soffitta occupa l'intera pianta.
Nel complesso, l'orientazione verso Sud e gli spessi muri antichi offrono una forte illuminazione sia d'estate che d'inverno, e allo stesso tempo, il mantenimento di una temperatura assolutamente gradevole durante tutto l'anno.
Ad est della parte padronale, formando una continuità architettonica, si trova la parte rustica, dotata di una abitazione, oggi abitata dai custodi, composta da cucina e ampio soggiorno a piano terra, e da due stanze da letto al primo piano; accanto, altre quattro stanze sono abitabili, adibite fino ad oggi all'immagazzinamento dei beni piu' che all'uso domestico.

THE SITE

THE VILLA
The park covers an area of 7,100 square metres, while the total edified area is about 1,100 sq. metres.
The total number of rooms is 19, three fully operating bathrooms (plus the possibility to restructure a fourth one) and two kitchens.
The whole building is composed of two parts, the main mansion and the farm-house.
The main mansion consists of the seventeenth-century villa built with red bricks, the facade being marked by lines of baked clay borders.
A cobble-stoned slope overpassing a brooklet leads to the big embossed main entrance door opening on a south-ward porch, with three arches of vault roof resting on four marble columns.
The porch faces an elegant garden of roses, surrounded by an ancient little wall that separate it from the rest of the large park.
Another entrance way, for pedestrians, passes through a fenced garden on the northern side of the whole villa, facing the central little square where you can see the church of the small village.
Finally, a wide entrance crosses the park with a gravelly path leading to a central courtyard between the main and the farm areas, passing among magnolias, rose bushes and cedars, some of which are hundred years old.
In the main villa you can see, on the ground floor, three wide rooms with doors opening on the porch, a bathroom and the kitchen. All the ceilings are shaped in vaults and big brackets, fully covered with frescoes and plasters with oriental and flower motives of the 19th century.
The floors are wholly made of original baked paving tiles of the 17th century, both on the ground floor and upstairs, except one room that has an ancient inlaid parquet, set off by a 19th century grand piano.
Some beautiful fireplaces in various ancient marbles heat each room, the kitchen and the upper rooms.
Moreover a central heating system with radiators assures the interior warmth of the villa.
The kitchen, perfectly usable, is fitted with an ancient marble sink dating from the 14th century.
A Botticino stone staircase with small vaults takes up to the first floor, with six rooms having decorated ceilings, a bathroom and a southward gallery with wooden beam ceiling.
Furthermore, the staircase takes up to an attic(min. height 2.60 ms) with bricks and wooden beams on view, lighted and ventilated by means of small elliptic windows, that if restructured would be habitable.
Finally, the villa has a large cellar, with vaulted ceiling, measuring one half of the ground projection of the villa, while the attic occupies the whole covered area.
In general, the southward orientation and the thick ancient walls offer a good lighting both in summer and in winter and, at the same time, keep an absolutely pleasant temperature throughout the year.
On the east of the main villa, forming an architectonic continuity, is the rural house, having a dwelling at present occupied by the custodians, composed of a kitchen and a wide living-room on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the first floor; four more rooms are habitable, but till now used to store up goods more than for family life.
A very broad open gallery on the first floor and a wide porch under it, with some boxes for horses, offer a lot of room for any use whatever, with walls on the north and west sides.
The general state of preservation is very good; the building complex, the gardens and the wide park are suitable both for persons who love the beautiful as an elegant private residence, and for undertaking or public use of whatever kind.

LA VILLA

Dans la villa patronale, au rez-de-chaussée, on trouve trois grandes salles dont les portes donnent sur le porche, une salle de bain et la cuisine.
Tous les plafonds sont caractérisés par des voûtes et des corbeaux, couverts de fresques et plâtres avec des motifs orientaux et floraux du 19ème siècle.
Le sol des chambres est entièrement carrelé de briques cuites de l'époque, soit au rez-de-chaussée soit au premier étage, à l'exception d'une salle qui présente un ancien parquet marqueté, enjolivée avec un piano à queue du 19ème siècle.
De belles cheminées en divers marbres anciens échauffent chaque salle, la cuisine et les chambres supérieures.
De plus, une installation centralisée de chauffage à radiateurs assure la climatisation complète de la villa.
La cuisine, parfaitement utilisable, est douée d'un ancien évier en marbre qui remonte au 14ème siècle.
Au premier étage on arrive, par un escalier en pierre de Botticino avec de petites voûtes, à six chambres avec plafonds décorés, une salle de bain et à la galerie avec plafond à poutres en bois orientée vers le sud.
En outre la villa est douée d'une mansarde, servie par l'escalier, avec hauteur minimum de 2 mètres 60 avec briques et poutres en vue, éclairée et ventilée par des petites fenêtres elliptiques, et dont la restructuration en permettrait l'habitabilité.
De plus, la villa est douée d'une grande cave, toujours avec plafond en voûte, qui mesure la moitié de la projection de la villa patronale, tandis que la mansarde en occupe l'extension entière.
Dans l'ensemble, l'orientation vers le sud et les murs anciens très épais assurent une bonne lumière soit en été qu'en hiver et, en même temps, offrent une température très agréable pendant toute l'année.

Objektbeschreibung
Dieses aussergewöhnliche Anwesen wurde im Jahr 1657 erbaut und diente in der darauf folgenden Zeit dem örtlichen Gutsherren als Wohnsitz mit angeschlossenen Wirtschaftsgebäuden.
Das Ensamble besteht aus zwei unmittelbar verbundenen Gebäudeteilen: dem herrschaftlichen Haupthaus und einem von dort direkt zugänglichen Gesindehaus mit angeschlossenem Wirtschaftsgebäude und kleinen Stallungen. Insgesamt verfügt man über ca. 678 m2 Geschossfläche, verteilt über zwei Geschosse.
Hinzu kommen der nach Süden orientierte Laubengang mit seinem schönen Kreuzgewölbe, der Gewölbeweinkeller, das ausbaufähige Dachgeschoss und der landwirtschaftliche Teil mit seinen Stallgebäuden und einer Grösse von insgesamt ca. 410 m2. Das Dachgeschoss ist belichtet und hat eine Höhe von ca. 1.40 m bis 2.80m.
Dieses Haus besticht durch seine Ausrichtung nach Süden und dem dort angelegten, parkartigen Garten .
Zugang zum Anwesen erlangt man über zwei Haupteingänge: entweder über die herschaftliche Vorfahrt durch den Garten, vorbei an Magnolien, Rosen, Feigenbäumen und Zedern, oder aber eine den Dorfbach überspannende Brücke direkt in den Laubengang.
Von dort betritt man das Erdgeschoss mit seinen drei, reich ausgeschmückten Salonen, der Küche und einem Bad und weiteren zwei Zimmern im Gesindetrakt. Über den Salonen wölben sich Deckenmalereien aus dem 19.
Jahrhundert mit orientalischen und floralen Motiven, oder dekorative Stuckelemente und erzeugen so eine erlesene Atmosphäre.
Die 1. Etage erschliesst man sich über eine grosszügige Steintreppe, um schliesslich in die dem Garten zugewanden Galerie mit ihrer originalen Holzbalkendecke zu gelangen.
Von dort betritt man die sechs Schlafräume mit Deckenmalereien, sowie zwei Bädern. Im weiteren befinden sich sechs Zimmer im Gesindetrakt.
In sämtlichen Räumen des Herrenhauses findet man noch die originalen offenen Kamine mit ihren verzierten Marmoreinfassungen.
Es existiert jedoch auch ein Zentralheizungssystem mit Ölfeuerung.
Das Anwesen ist ideal für menschen die das Auserlesene schätzen, eignet sich jedoch aufgrund seiner Grosszügigkeit auch für nicht rein private Zwecke.
Lagebeschreibung
Die Gegend Terre Basse ist schon seit römischer Zeit besiedelt und wurde seitdem zum grossen Teil von der Landwirtschaft geprägt.
Daher finden sich in dieser wunderbaren Kulturlandschaft noch immer eine Vielzahl von Dörfern, die sich ihren typisch ländlichen Charme, sowie ihre alten Dorfstrukturen und Architekturen erhalten haben.
Hinzu kommen zahlreiche Schlösser und Landgüter in der gesamten Gegend und erzählen vom Reichtum dieser fruchtbaren Gegend.
Noch immer findet man die Dorftaverne und den Laden für die kleinen Einkäufe am zentralen Punkt des Ortes. Für die weitere Versorgung begibt man sich ins etwa 4 Km entfernt.
